I am Shalu Pal and just completed my M.pharm from Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research University. I was able to pursue my higher education only because the scholarship that I received from ShikshaDaan. I find my self very lucky to receive this scholarship.

Without a doubt the ShikshaDaan scholarship played a key role in achieving my educational dream. Because of your generosity, financial burden placed on me to pursue my education was reduced. This helped me to stay more focused towards my studies and research without worrying about the money. My name is Ravi Shankar. I am pursuing B. Sc Mathematics honors from Hansraj College, Delhi University. I have been getting scholarships from Shikshadaan from 2017. Shikshadaan has helped me a lot in my studies as I hardly have to worry about my fee and can concentrate on studies completely without any worries.

Shikshadaan also conducted mentoring sessions which were very useful and helped us to decide about future plans.

Shikshadaan also conducted workshops on personality development and soft skills development. With these workshops, we get to know a lot about the working of the corporate world. It was a great exposure to cooperate world.

Shikshadaan has helped at many difficult stages of my life where I need guidance family’sand the mentors have always helped me in every possible way and guided me towards my dreams.

In starting, they asked me to sponsor my education fee only but now they are providing much more than that. They provided the mentor for me…they organize sessions for us. Sessions were on different topics which are helpful and knowledgeable for me as well. The last session was so great on MS Office and also going to organize next session soon on our demanded topics. My family’s financial condition is not that strong as without their sponsorship it may difficult for me to afford regular college.

I have known Bindu & Krishnan for close to 3 decades now. I have experienced them not just as one of the sweetest couples I have ever known, but also one of the most ethical. First of all, I would like to thank ShikshaDaan for my scholarship. I am happy to share my academic progress during Ⅲ Year of B. Sc Textiles. I secured a CGPA of 7.6 at the end of Ⅳ semester. I am doing an internship in Trigger Apparels, Karamadai. This internship is a period of one month of December. I am extremely motivated to constantly grow professionally. I am confident in my ability to come up with interesting ideas for becoming a Fashion designer. I sincerely thank Shikshadaan for the scholarship through which my ambition to become a Fashion designer comes true.

My lifelong dream of completing Textile School is moving towards completion, thanks to generous education scholarships like yours. First of all I would like to thank ShikshaDaan for my scholarship. I am happy to share my academic experience of III Year of my B.Sc Textiles. My family and I are very happy now, that I am going to complete my B.Sc Degree very well. Similarly I have enhanced my design skills and modeling skill through fashion portfolio laboratory. I did my Internship in the beginning of semester in Loocust Incorp Pvt ltd Tiruppur. It give me practical knowledge about garment construction and pattern making. Another important thing I have been placed in Tommy Hilfiger in through college placement cell, I am very happy with the opportunity.

I wished to do something for the less privileged, getting them opportunities to improve their lives. Although my contribution is a small drop, if used well could make a difference. When Bindu and Krishnan partnered to start Shikshadaan I was excited for many reasons. Primary reason was I knew, they will put their hearts and souls for the cause doing all the due diligence identifying the right candidates and selflessly keeping the costs minimal to cater to maximum beneficiaries.
