Akash Agrawal has worked with top global organisations and brands like Sony, Nike and Walmart at senior leadership positions in the past 20years. An expert in Strategy, Marketing, Brand Management, and Retail, Akash has profitably launched numerous new technologies, products, product categories and established new businesses while managing P&L for these organisations and brands in the country. At Sony he launched many industry first technologies & product categories positioning Sony as an innovation led brand and created additional revenue streams. At Sony, he was also credited with turning around Audio & Television businesses to re-claim No1 market share. He managed the flagship TV Business with a P&L of US$100Mn. At Nike, Akash led Marketing for India and managed the brand for the region.

His passion to explore new horizons led him to join Walmart at their India liaison office when organised retail was unkown in India. At Walmart, he trained at their US HQ & worked on the India Strategy team. Subsequently he hired his team, led store openings and managed P&L for the Consumer Electronics, IT, Telecom and Appliances division.

Akash is an alumnus of Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad. During his free time he enjoys reading and leisure motorcycling with fellow HOGs “(Harley Ownwers Group)”.
