Rajeev is a multipotentialite who has over 30 years leadership experience with companies like Mercer Consulting, Hewitt Associates, GE, Amex and PwC. His expertise has been in developing and implementing offshoring and outsourcing strategies as well as providing strategic and operational leadership that has enabled the rapid growth of startup operations in offshore locations especially in India.

A highly effective global leader and mentor, creative thinker and problem solver, he has worked in a variety of challenging roles including senior operational, business, program management and financial systems. He has an impressive track record of consistently achieving stretch service quality, cost and people metrics. He is recognized as someone who develops and maintains cross-functional and global networks to influence successful results. Rajeev, besides being a C-suite executive, specializes in global organizational design and governance frameworks.

With his deep interest in education, especially education of the underprivileged students, Rajeev has recently become a Board Member and Chair of the Finance and Audit committee at SOS Children’s Villages of India. He has been an advisory council member at ShikshaDaan since 2015. He is a volunteer teacher at the VIDYA School, Gurgaon. He is also a Founder Director of ExempServ, a company that provides value added professional services to the social sector.
