Sanjay lead the India Technology Group for Alight Solutions (formerly Aon Hewitt) & was also the Global Head of Productivity Technologies for nearly 13 years.

Sanjay has had a very enriching and broad-based career, having hands-on exposure working in IT Services Delivery & Management for about 25+ years, Sales & Marketing in North America for about 5 years and ~1 year in Learning & Development. The multi-faceted roles in his career has exposed him to various work cultures across the world including North America, Latin America, EUK and Asia Pacific that has significantly enhanced his business acumen, leadership maturity & capabilities.

Sanjay was identified as one of the Top 100 Future CIOs in 2012 by 9.9 media. His top 5 Gallup-Clifton strengths are – Self Assurance, Responsibility, Strategic, Deliberative & Futuristic. A patent has been applied for, for one of IP in Automation.
