Sudha has worked on both sides of the table – with an International Donor organization as well as Organizations that receive donations to implement social development projects. She has handled CORPORATE FUND RAISING, EVENT FUND RAISING and COMMUNITY FUND RAISING.

Sudha has proven expertise in Resource Mobilization-Direct Fund Raising, Strategizing Corporate Social Responsibility endeavors, and Excellent Customer Relationship Management. Her special expertise is in the field of Education- Formal, Non Formal, Special and Vocational, Community Health and Rehabilitation of Street and Destitute Children.

Sudha has initiated many sensitization programs on various social issues both at micro levels with partner NGOs and macro levels with various government and private agencies.

Currently leading and guiding a team of about 400 employees.
